Thisbe was still having a grand old time exploring. She climbed a tree, weaving through the branches and bouncing on the springy ones. She spotted a bug munching on a leaf. She decided against tasting this one- but she still wanted to catch it. 

She leapt, her tiny paws closing on nothing as the leetle dropped from the leaf and flitted to the feet of a draphibi, where it clung for protection. It was far too late to stop her forward motion, however, so she plummeted, and since she was not far enough up to deploy any gliding she landed on the draphibi's head instead. 

Their huge, shiny eyes met. Oophaga blinked. Thisbe blinked. Clickity clicked his wings. A friendship began to form. 

If nothing else, Oophaga really didn't know what to do about the fact that Thisbe now seemed rather comfortable on his head, and was not at all inclined to let go just yet. Clickity, who enjoyed that perch normally, was kind of miffed, but wasn't about to argue or to perch between his wings instead until the sugarnix's motives could be made clear regarding their taste for leetles.
