X-099: Chime

Chime || She/her

Chime is a carefree spirit who loves to spread joy. Every step she takes brings her closer to a new soul to bring cheer to and she delightfully awaits them. Chime is mute, she doesn't make any sort of noise other than the chime of bells that come from her whenever she moves. She was given the name Chime by the people of Mazemire for this.

Chime appeared in Mazemire one evening during a festival. Her appearance frightened the people for a bit but upon hearing her lovely jingles and witnessing her dance moves they quickly realised she wasn't a threat and she's been a part of the community ever since. She loves to entertain the kids in the bayou, they think she's magic.. which she kinda is???

When she's not entertaining people she loves to travel and pick up any sort of interesting items she finds on the ground, storing them in her subspace stomach. She has a plethora of things in there and loves to gift them to those she comes across.

Chime purposefully stretched her legs to be long so that she could look like humans and fit in with them more. However, sustaining those long legs requires a lot of flux, so her travels double as a trek for more flux to sustain her stature. If she can't find enough flux she'll shift her height to be easier to manage. Theres been a couple of debates on whether shes a person in a costume on stilts or not.

Abilities

She has the standard trabble abilities

Being a hybrid of Ranebo's most stretchiest creatures her body knows no bounds when it comes to morphing.

She's unable to stay afloat in the normal way that irribasks do. When she jumps she will slowly float down as if theres no gravity.

Other than whats stated above she has the standard irribask abilities.

She knows a lot of magician and clown tricks.

She stands at a whopping 8ft!

She moves as if she's in a cartoon.

Despite having nose holes, she doesn't need to breathe, but if she wants to, she can inhale or exhale air.

 The feeling of her skin is described as slick and soft.

She doesn't open her mouth around others, she knows its unnerving.

She loves bells and anything that creates a bell like sound!
