NPC-001: Charolette the Keeper

Keeper of the Phrygian Archipelago, Charolette is bound to the set of islands off the shores of the Singing Spires. The largest spire on the largest isle is her bound object, so she can only be around the few islands and cannot wander farther from the shores. She stewards the lost items, familiars and other Ranebo residents. Some residents are known to polish and maintain the spikes on her back and her horn to keep them shiny, or they will oxidize like copper.
