Something great that's happened is keeping my cat alive! I don't know if this counts at all, her legal owner decided to just "put her down" when we started getting concerned for her health - said owner is my mother's boyfriend, this cat is 18 - and I'm the one that put up the fight for her life and paid for a vet appointment to make sure she's healthy. She is, she just might have dementia and/or arthritis - again, she's 18, nothing unexpected for a senior cat like her. She's been my best friend for the past like 8-9 years when he moved in with us, and I refuse to let her go through a preventable death when she's not suffering <3
